KAO’RU® Exhibition Vol.5
～SToRies～ 展
遠い昔、夜がまだ暗闇だった頃、
人々は、夜の闇・深い森・海の底・空の彼方に、
人ではない何か神秘的なものの存在を信じ、
自然を畏れ敬い、またそれらとの共存を願っておりました。
神話の世界で語り継がれる神々は、今よりもっと身近な存在であったと思います。
ところが、その後の文明の発達は、自然を破壊するだけではなく、
すべての生命をすら脅かすまでになっています。
遠い昔一緒に過ごした彼らの存在を感じることは、もう出来なくなってしまいましたが、
彼らは今も私たちのそばにいて、私たちの行為を苦々しく思っているかもしれません。
もう一度、自然と私たちの関係をよく考える時期なのだと思います。
花をモチーフに「自然が作り上げた造形と、人工物の融合」をテーマに
昨年に引き続き、おとぎの国の一世界を表現できたかと思います。

Long long time ago, the night was still in darkness.
People believed in the existence of mysterious things in the deep forest, the bottom of the sea and beyond the sky.
And, people respected and feared nature, but were wishing coexistence with them.
The deity of the mythical world was more familiar than now.
However, the development of the civilization afterward comes it not only destroys nature but also threatens all lives.
It becomes impossible for us to feel the existence of them who spent for old times together.
But they are near us now, and they might be disappointed at our behavior.
I think that it is time to think about the relations between nature and us again.
The theme is “Uniting of forming and artificial material that nature made up”
I think that a part of the world in the fantasy land was expressible following last year.
